Blessed yultide, yogis!
December 21st marks the day of the Winter Solstice or Yule as it is called in the pagan tradition. Yule and the WinterSolstice, symbolizes the rebirth of the Sun and marks the longest night, and the shortest day of the year. The return of the light after the darkness symbolizes new beginnings and new hope, and today is a good day to set intentions for the seeds you want to blossom with the return of the nourishing sun. The Winter Solstice, being the longest night of the year, makes this the perfect time for introspection and planning for the future. Take some time out of your day today for journaling, set your intentions for peace, love, harmony + happiness, and getting clear on your wishes for the year to come. And why not make yourself a wishing cone with all your hopes and dreams for you and your loved ones for the future ♡ Happy Solstice! ✨️
