This course is specifically tailored for men. Marius shares the ways he himself found his way to yoga and focusing on poses that can be difficult for the male body.
In this course you will learn
sun salutation A
sun salutation B
pranayama/breath techniques
simple meditation techniques
The first 4 weeks you will be working thoroughly through all the poses, with the goal to flow through a whole yoga class in week 5. You will also get a 20 minute yoga flow specifically tailored for what you wish to focus on in your practice going onwards.
