Thursday will become nude day in the saunas at Sagene Folkebad 🧖♀️🧖♂️
So far, we’ve had two days a week with optional nudity, and many people have appreciated the offer. At the same time, we’ve found that having the choice can weaken the sense of community—ending up with swimwear in one sauna and nude guests in the other.
That’s why we’re simplifying the setup. From 1 July, swimwear will not be permitted on nude day.
Thursday: no swimwear 🚫👙
All other days: with swimwear 👙
Sundays: first session (with swimwear) is women/they-only ♀️🌈, the rest of the week all sessions are unisex 🤍
Nude day etiquette: You’re welcome to use a towel to cover up in the sauna if you prefer. Please always use a large towel to cover yourself when moving between changing rooms, saunas, pool and showers 🧺🚿
