Welcome to a Full Moon Ceremony at Leela. The Full Moon is always a time to release, let go and surrender - as well as dive into the different subjects and archetypes each sign of the zodiac represents. Throughout the autumn we will host a Full Moon ceremony every month, and the ceremony will contain a yoga part, where we connect yoga & astrology, as well as meditation, perhaps nidra, oracle cards and journaling. For this Full Moon in Pisces we will dive into the dreamy waters of our inner emotional world - as Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, and also known to be dreamy + highly intuitive, we will first ground into our bodies, specifically our feet (YogAstrology inspired yoga practice) and lymphatic system. We will then dive into the dreamy waters through a specifically designed Yoga Nidra practice, tailored to move towards and through our emotions. Oracle cards will be drawn, and you can also expect fitting essential oils as well as a water ritual to help you surrender whatever emotions no longer serves your highest and best expression. Bring a journal, a pen, cozy clothes & socks for nidra, perhaps any crystal or whatever item you feel called to bring.
