My morning routine: Long and slow, and includes my acupressure mat and some chaga
The world needs more of: The ability to hold complexity
I believe in: Learning, failing, re-learning and the humbleness of change
Love is: Resilient
I can't get enough of: All things chocolate, underwater life, the colour orange, learning new things, holding hands, movement, family, forming within sculpture, surprises, close friends, new turns, heat, cardamom, fennel and coconut juice
Yoga is:as Tonje said, a sanctuary - both away from and within all else in the everyday
My mantra: Frequency first
