Service Description
Join Taj for a peaceful class with resting yin before a guided yoga nidra-relaxation. In the first part of the class we will let our bodies stretch and relax in Resting Yin Yoga poses for about 1-6 minutes. It will give you time to focus on connecting with your body and mind. You will practice getting comfortable with your inner self in your own body. With the guided yoga nidra, we will embark on a jouney inside your body, so you can give yourself permission to get into active deep rest. When you allow yourself time to rest, you will become more mindful towards yourself and the people around you. At the end of the class we will have som time for reflection. So please bring a notebook and something to write with. About Taj: Taj has practiced yoga sine 2008, and has taken classes at Leela for many years. On a daily basis Taj works at a public office and has teached slow yoga for her colleagues the last 2,5 years. From this fall she teaches Somatic Soft flow and resting Yin + Nidra at Medisinsk Yoga og Mindfulness Oslo on Mondays. Taj has taken her 300 basic teacher training, childrens yogateacher 7-9 years and 42 hours of resting Yin at Oslo Yoga. She also took Yoga for pregnancy teacher training at Yogaki, and has her Yoga Nidra education from BeYoga and Arhanta Online training. Additionally, Taj has studied anatomy and Yogasomatics.
