Join yoga teachers and facilitators Millaray and Taj for a powerful final full moon ritual of the year, as we gather under the nurturing light of Capricorn. In this sacred space, we’ll joyfully release the past year, weaving intentions through chanting, deep breathing, and meditation. With open hearts, we’ll reflect on the lessons of the year, choosing what to carry forward and what to leave behind. Writing prompts and reflective questions will guide our exploration. Together, we’ll dive deep into our souls, unearthing new desires and aspirations for the path ahead. The evening will close with divination and a restorative yin session with nidra, allowing us to integrate our insights fully. Please bring writing materials and wear comfortable clothing to support your full immersion in this transformative experience. You are also invited to bring a special item to place on our altar, contributing your unique energy to the collective magic of the night.
