As always, a new year is an opportunity to start afresh, and we have plenty of yoga classes, events and workshop for you to fill up your mindfulness calendar with! An old favorite is also back on the schedule - Breath & Sweat with Camilla Nicoline - so if you haven't given this lifechanging class a try yet, we dare you to step out of your comfort zone and shake it out with Camilla! You'll find all the details for the winter workshops below, and we can't wait to see you as much as possible in the Leela yoga shala this year.
