As we move into November, we're opening the doors a little wider.

We're so grateful for how this community has shown up, and now we're ready to welcome you in a more permanent way. Starting this month, Leela Sagene memberships are available—so you can keep coming home to your mat, your breath, your practice.

Here's How You Can Join Us

If you're new to Leela:

• Leela Sagene Membership: 449,- per month Unlimited classes at our Sagene studio. All levels, all styles. A space to land, to move, to be.

If you're already part of the Leela Gamlebyen family:

• Add Sagene access for just 149,- per month You've been flowing with us at Sagene all October—now you can keep both studios as part of your practice. Move between spaces as it serves you.

Already on our premium no-contract membership? You're all set—Leela Sagene is included, no add-on needed. Both studios are yours to flow between.

Need more flexibility?

• Drop-in and clip cards are available too, and they work at both locations. Practice when it feels right.

A Little Extra Warmth 🔥

After your practice at Sagene, there's something beautiful waiting: the opportunity to extend your self-care with a sauna session at Oslo Badstuforening (OBF).

For just 50,- you can book a 30-minute OBF sauna session after class (subject to availability). Let the heat hold you after your practice. Let yourself soften a little more. There's something deeply restorative about moving from the mat to the heat—your muscles already warm and open, your mind already quiet.

And here's the bonus for our community: all Leela members can book full 2-hour OBF sauna sessions at the same rate as OBF members. It's one more way we're creating space for you to care for yourself, to slow down, and to honor your body's need for rest and restoration.
