12. april : Women's Circle
Sara is a Norwegian yoga teacher and student living in the heart of Oslo city with her dog. For her yoga is a toolbox that provides and encourages us to find balance and inner silence. It is about building strength, not just in order to be able to do advanced postures, but simply to cope with our daily lives. It is about taking care of the self first in order to be able to take care of others.
Sara has been practicing yoga since 2005 and has deepened her practice with various teacher-trainings. She is a certified Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and Yin teacher amongst others. Sara has been working with marketing and communications within the culture field for many years mainly with contemporary live art and in the music industry.
