I regularly donate to a wonderful person in Mumbai, India. Vandana is feeding 300 street dogs and cats as well as a lot of human beings around Mumbai. She hands out school supplies for kids and she provides medicine for the human animals and non-human animals. All from her own pocket. I met her in Mumbai at a yoga studio and after class she was feeding som cats so I asked, and she told me her work. Last time we collected almost 4000kr and I matched with the same amount. I will do the same again. This time I will share som amazing tantric practices. We will look at mantra in the asana practice as well as mantra in meditation and how and why we mantra from a tantra yoga perspective and from tantra buddhist perspective. We will investigating ways that we can give. The ways we can give are many. We can give through lending our time to someone, our attention or through giving money and other materialistic things.
